With the multitude of women at the forefront of our television screens, including the likes of Holly Willoughby and Nigella Lawson, these individuals have become some of the most powerful female characters within the industry, launching TV programmes, brand collections and arguably becoming the faces of their genres.
To celebrate International Women’s Day, the team at Buzz Bingo wanted to showcase their amazing achievements and gather data on the highest paid women in British TV – but additionally, we wanted to include their male counterparts’ salaries - to highlight the glaringly large gender pay gap problem that we are still facing in the UK in 2022 and raise awareness to the fact.
