There are two types of Self-exclusion we offer in club:

1. National Exclusion Scheme – This means you will be excluded from all companies participating in the Bingo Industry Self-Exclusion System (BISES) scheme, not just Buzz Bingo. For more information click here.
2. Brand exclusion - This option will excludde customers from playing in Buzz Bingo clubs and not other operators.

For both types of exclusion a photograph of the customer is required. If you do not consent to a photo then this exclusion will not be enforced.
