If you need a short break, it's easy to set up a Time Out:

Step 1: Log in

Step 2: Find the "Set Time Out" box at the top of this page and choose how long you'd like it to be in the drop-down menu.

Step 3: Swipe the toggle to "Yes" and then tap "Start Time Out". Your chosen period will begin immediately.
