No worries! Follow these easy steps to reset it:

Step 1: Tap Login

Step 2: Hit Forgotten Password

Step 3: Enter your email address and date of birth, then click Submit

Step 4: Check your inbox for an email from us – and don’t forget to peek in your junk/spam folder

Step 5: Tap the reset link in the email

Step 6: Enter your new password, confirm it, and click Submit

Your new password must be at least 12 characters, include a special character and include one uppercase and one lowercase letter.

Passwords are case-sensitive – so type it exactly as you created it!
