Updating your documents is easy – here’s how to do it:
Step 1: Log in using your email address or membership number and password
Step 2: Click on the My Account icon
Step 3: Head to My Account Details, then tap My Details
Step 4: Choose either Proof of ID or Proof of Address
Step 5: Our secure uploader will pop up – just follow the instructions to upload your docs securely!
