What happens to my account during Self Exclusion?

🌐 Online Self Exclusion

  • You won’t be able to log in to buzzbingo.com or buzzcasino.com
  • You can’t deposit or play any games
  • We’ll pause all marketing communiucations from both of our websites and our clubs while your exclusion is active
  • It won’t impact your club membership
  • Before you Self Exclude, we recommend withdrawing any funds and closing any open games

Your online accounts won’t reopen automatically when your Self Exclusion ends. You’ll need to call us on 01159 485207. (Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm, and Saturday to Sunday, 10am to 4pm.) if you feel ready to return. They’ll then begin the reinstatement process with a 24-hour cooling-off period before your account can be reopened.

🏠 Club Self Exclusion

  • You won’t be able to enter any Buzz Bingo club
  • Your club membership will be paused
  • We’ll pause all marketing communiucations from our clubs and both of our websites while your exclusion is active

When your Self Exclusion ends, your club membership won’t restart automatically. Visit your local club and fill out a reinstatement form if and when you feel ready to come back. They’ll then begin the reinstatement process with a 24-hour cooling-off period before your account can be reopened.
