We can usually verify details automatically using secure third-party software. But if there’s not enough info, we might need you to upload documents before you can play on the site.

How do I know if I need to Verify my account?
When you sign up, we’ll run a quick automated check to confirm everything’s spot on – so double-check the info you’ve entered!

Once the verification check’s done, you’re either ready to play, or – if your details couldn’t be confirmed automatically – we’ll ask you to upload some documents for us to check. As soon as we get your documents and can verify your account, you’ll be able to play!

What documents we’ll need from you
If we ask for proof of ID, here’s what you can send us (all documents must be in date and not expired!)

• Passport
• Driving licence
• ID Card plus a recent utility bill (gas, water, electric) or bank statement dated within the last 3 months

ID photo checklist:

• The photo you send us must be bright, clear, and easy to read
• All 4 corners of the document must be showing
• No screenshots (PDFs are fine)
• No editing or filters
• No marks or scribbles covering your details

Why didn’t I pass the automatic check?
There are a couple of common reasons:

1. You’re not currently registered to vote
2. You don’t have credit history yet

What if I don’t have proof of ID?
