There may be a few reasons as to why you cannot see your rewards:
- Rewards will refresh every Monday, if you’ve already redeemed all your rewards you will need to wait until they refresh – we’ll let you know when they’re ready by sending you a push notification!
- Make sure you have clicked on the ‘redeem’ button to credit the bonus credit to your account, for show and get rewards make sure you’re in club and ready to use!
- You’ve completed all of the steps to receive your bonus credit – this may be deposit and spend on a particular game or visit a club 3 times.
The bonus credit has expired – your rewards will refresh every week, and any bonus credit will have an expiry date, make sure you use it before it's too late.
