My deposit was declined – what’s going on? 🤔

Don’t worry, it happens sometimes. Here’s what to check:

  • Account details: Double-check your card info – is the expiry date, CVV, and number all correct?
  • Enough funds? Make sure there’s enough in your account for the deposit.
  • Account restrictions: We might need more info from you – check your emails (and junk folder) for any messages from us.
  • Bank restrictions: Your bank might be blocking it, or you might have restricted outgoing payments.
  • Bank declined it: Sometimes banks say no – give them a quick call to find out why.
  • Deposit Limit: If you’ve set a Deposit Limit on your account, that might be stopping the payment. You can check or change your limit here.
